One of the best parts of the experience was being able to do a workshop with a bunch of nascent creators that were getting ready to launch their own campaigns on Kickstarter and beyond.

I Goofed

I mention it early in the video but I had myself mic’d up and ready to go at the start of the presentation. Then, like a true dumb-dumb, I didn't actually turn on my lav mic so I have an hour of blank audio - fresh from the UK.

I was really hoping to give you a sense of what it was like in the room, but looking at silver lining, I actually get to redo this presentation with online viewers as the intended audience.

I think it actually made for a bit better of a presentation.

I'm not nearly as rushed. So, even if you were there and saw this presentation live, there's more robust information than you had in the room with me as I'm not constantly checking my watch and rushing to get to the point. I have a lot more time to dig into each topic here.

I'm certainly no expert, which I'm very quick to remind everybody, but at the same time I still have a lot to share and I hope you take a lot out of this.
